"The Condado Vanderbilt is a beautiful property, and our suite was stunning. Having a butler was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the service throughout our stay did not match the luxury experience we expected. Housekeeping was consistently disappointing. We often had to call multiple times just to have our room cleaned, and there were occasions when no one showed up after our request. Even when the room was serviced, towels would be replenished while washcloths were removed or not replaced,...

"It was the very best vacation and property experience we have ever enjoyed-bar none. Staff were gracious & friendly. No request was any trouble, and they went above and beyond on everything. Created a memory of a lifetime. Immaculate well appointed room with small heated pool on patio - only yards from a pristine beach. It also came with impressive spa facilities. LOVED IT!"
