"All the staff were very courteous and attentive. The location was very good for reaching all the major attractions in Rome. We would have preferred to have access to a bar without the need to have a meal. Tourists should be vigilant with regard to pick pockets on the metro. My wife and I nearly became prey to this but fortunately my wife was alert to the danger. Overall, we were very pleased we chose this hotel. "

"The staff was fantastic amd very nice and helpful. I loved the location and the size of the room. My only complaint is rhat the carpet of iur room was really old and had stains. Foe a five star hotel i was surprised that Westin with such a big name in the hotel industry would allow the carpet to be so dated. I hope they fix this ASAP or trhy will definitely lose customers. Otherwise the staff and also the breakfast was really nice. "

Deluxe rooms are spacious but I recommend an executive suite. 2 large rooms with amazing balcony views and a spacious livingroom to relax in."

"The most beautiful room and view of the iconic and historic Colosseum! Service was attentive and first class. We thoroughly enjoyed the renowned Court Bar with specialty drinks. The meal at the rooftop restaurant Aroma was one of our most memorable and delicious evening. The Palazzo Manfredi was a short walk for us to all the ancient sites as the Roman Forum, the imperial Palace, Via Venezia. We will certainly stay here on our next visit to Rome."

"Great hotel at a great location, conveniently located in front of a subway station and right next to a "Hop On Hop Off" bus stop if you are touring the city. One minor detail is that if you get a room with a terrace, you can hear guests from other rooms when they are in the terrace area. This was not a problem for me because the other guests were great and kept the noise to a minimum, but it could be a problem if you are looking for a super quiet room."
