"Une expérience décevante pour un hôtel 5 étoiles
Nous avons quand même pû passer une bonne semaine dans l'ensemble, et nous avons profité de notre séjour malgré plusieurs problèmes pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans notre chambre, ce qui a déjà été décevant. Encore plus surprenant, nous avons aussi trouvé des fourmis dans un verre que nous avions commandé. Ce n'est tout simplement pas acceptable à ce niveau d'établissement et ce n'est certainement pas ce à quoi vous vous...

"La location è fantastica con la sua vista sull'oceano, poi i giardini con alberi e fiori di varie specie che contribuiscono a rendere il tutto un ambiente piacevole e rilassante, poi la piscina e poi la terrazza con vista giardino, piscina e oceano. "L e Reid's Palace est un endroit merveilleux et calme. Les chambres tous côté mer. Le personnels très gentils et très serviables.Les restaurants et Le petit déjeuner pour tout les goûts et à volonté . Les jardins et l'Histoire de l'hotel splendides. Les activitées offert par l'Hotel très intéressentes. Un environnement de détente idéal."

"I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel has some amazing views of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with my room's a/c upon checking in and they worked to get me moved to a different room quickly. The parking is a bit tight, but manageable. The food at the restaurant was great. The services at the spa are reasonably priced. While it's not necessarily easily to walk into town, you can get a quick Bolt ride into city center."
