"I believe they told me I'd been upgraded when I checked-in, but my room had a great view of the business harbor if you leaned out over the rail, and I paid for a harbor view (like I had seen in the photos from the pool). More like I was downgraded. I also have serious questions about whether the AC even worked, if it did, there was no way to adjust it, or even feel it working. The location was ok, but you're going to hear a lot of air traffic. I think I'll examine my options next time."

"We enjoyed our vacation- it’s our second time. The room was large enough to fit 2 adults and 2 teens (14, 16) comfortably. We had fun and quiet in the pool which was not the main one, as we had access from our room. Recommended!"

"My search for a hotel was predominantly driven by the star rating, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The facility descriptions are inaccurate and misleading. 'Poolside bar and two bars/lounges' - There was a poolside bar but that was it. There was one more bar but it was never open and the image of a bar on the site wasn't there at all. Also, for some reason the 'all-inclusive' stops at midnight at the poolside bar. That just seems a bit strange as the bar only stays open until 1am so...

"Everything about the resort was clean, classy, well maintained and felt luxurious. It is a long way from anything but the beach, although that beach is perfect and there are plenty of bars and reataurants along the coast. Getting to any sights or cities will require an expensive taxi or a car, but the hotel is so luxurious and relaxing you many not want to leave!"

"This hotel is the best place to go for calmness and an escape of life. The staff were friendly and always provided a professional approach. The food at the restaurant was excellent and our room was just perfect. I would recommend a car hire if you stay here. It’s out of the way of anything walkable and therefore if you plan to leave the hotel then a car is a must including popping to the local supermarket.
