"The hotel is split into two parts. One is pretty rundown and in need of significant upgrade. The new part is much more like the standards I have had at epic sana in the past. Main issue I have is that only superior rooms and above are on this half of the hotel but this is not clear when booking the rooms. It’s hard to rate this fairly as one room was terrible and the other was pretty good. Breakfast not as good as expected. Pool and other facilities very good. Epic Sana Lisboa is far superior"

During our stay: * The bathtub faucet was not functioning properly. * A toiletry pouch disappeared from our room after housekeeping service. * We experienced an unacceptable interaction at breakfast on our final morning. While some staff members were professional and helpful, service quality was inconsistent and did not reflect international luxury...
