"All the lovely small touches really set the QT apart from other hotels. Very helpful and attentive staff who make sure your stay is fantastic. Great location in Queenstown too. Would highly recommend the QT as a upmarket and unique place to stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, had great amenities and was conveniently located close to everything. Highly recommend!"

"Room was underground, stains on carpet, stains on bed. Probs won't be back."

"Space to walk, restaurants, gym and pool. Lovely environment"

"Club benefits were great!"

"Perfect place. Great location. Staff and bar were fantastic."

"The view was spectacular."

"Incredible stay. Amazing staff, great views and facilities. The cottage was worth every penny. Thoroughly enjoyed the daily wine and cheese board and the breakfast was a stand out. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The property is beautiful! However, if you are touring NZ during the day, you will miss using all of the amenities. The coffee store opens at 10. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am. One of the other guests staying there complained about being boxed in by the car parking on the first day, but they just seemed like they wanted to complain."

"Beautiful, cozy hotel in town and right next to the water. Perfect location to take in the stunning scenery and explore Queenstown."

Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category. Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav...

"Best in town"

The breakfast was simply amazing, and the staff treated us with exceptional personal attention and genuine friendliness."

"This hotel is outstanding. I stay in top hotels around the world and this hotel is at the top. Great room, service, ambience. I highly recommend it- When I am back in Queenstown this is where I will stay. Kudos to Carolyn and the rest of the staff - made us feel so welcome. Thank you"
