"I wouldn’t recommend staying at SO/ Paris Hotel. It’s simply not worth the money. The staff attitude felt unwelcoming, and the way they hold large amounts for “incidentals” without clearly explaining it upfront is just bad business—you feel overcharged and misled. The rooms are small, with almost no privacy, and the layout is poorly thought out—no proper sink next to the toilet or even a bidet, which you’d expect in France. We even paid extra for a “view,” and it was minimal at best, honestly...

We stayed in the apartment on site (le pavillion) with two teenagers .. lots of room, space to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing. It had the best breakfast every day & we really enjoyed the helpful, polite and delightful staff. "
