"Absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. My in-room safe stopped working one evening, and the response was fantastic: five members of staff came to try and fix it, and when it couldn't be repaired, they simply replaced it without any fuss. On another occasion, I wasn't feeling well and asked for an early turndown — they arranged it without issue and went a step further, bringing up a hot lemon and honey drink completely unprompted. That kind of thoughtfulness really sets this hotel apart. Genuinely five-star service throughout. Would happily return"

"This was my first time lodging at a property such as this one. The exterior is reminiscent of that old-world, traditional Islamic architecture, but the interior is completely modernized, comfortable, quiet and decorative without being tacky. The location, per se, is tourist attraction, but it is surrounded by a litany of restaurants, all sorts of shops and walking paths. The Corniche and the MIA are walking distance away. The entry to the Metro Red line is literally next door and rideshares are easy to catch. Breakfast is served across the street at the luxurious Al Nadja hotel and it's definitely worth going."

"The best hotel ever!! Never felt so welcome. The room was immaculate, well-maintained and comfortable. The staff ensured that outstanding service was provided throughout the stay, handling everything professionally and efficiently. The staff were also extremely accommodating always meeting our needs to the highest of standards. The location of the hotel was remarkable, with easy access to the beach and a huge selection of restaurants. A huge thank you to Khadija, Peter, Nura, Lloyd, Safran, Timothy and Willy for making our stay unforgettable, we are beyond grateful."

"Absolutely amazing waterpark — it’s huge, so even with plenty of visitors, the queues were never too long. The pools were lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The rooms were also beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we would happily return to!"
