"The attention to detail in the finishes and the design were so cute, the placement of wallpaper, the gold treads on the carpeting in the stairwell, the mixing of patterns and textures, the lighting in the rooms, next to the beds and the fixtures so thoughtful and well placed, a tiny nail in the molding of the room to connect the curtain by its ring to keep it in place... The housekeeping was wonderful always preparing our rooms with fresh water, fresh towels that were big and white and new and...

"The room was much smaller than expected. You had to shuffle sideways to get between the foot of the bed and the other side of the room. Also my view was the roofs of some buildings, but I wasn't there to look out the window I guess. It's a very old hotel, the elevator makes quite the noise going up and down, but on the other hand the location is amazing, the bathroom is modern and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and it's in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants....
