"Staff helped us check in early after we took the early morning train from London. They were always attentive and friendly. High level of customer service. Wonderful area close to metro and many great Paris cafes, dining options yet away from overly busy tourist areas. Happy to get the family suite - could close door between bedrooms. A/C and water pressure were good. Hair dryer in room and iron available upon request. Happy to see our $$ paid for well-maintained, modern rooms and friendly, informed staff. (We don’t care about a big lobby or on site dining and fitness center, etc.). Extremely pleased with this stay, which was our first time in Paris for this couple and older teen. Would stay here again. "
