"Thank you for a great stay, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pillow menu and worth the paying the extra for a larger room. Service was good, staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for ourselves, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants/bars were located. "

"This room was beautiful! Exactly like the photos and the hotel is in a great location, two streets away from the main square and local to everything. Outside is pretty noisy at night but that’s to be expected when in the city centre so I didn’t mind. Thank you for a lovely stay! "

"This is the perfect place to stay in the old town Krakow. Dining and shopping only steps away. Hotel is extremely clean and staff is wonderful and very helpful with any questions or arrangements. Easy pick up location for tours which is a plus with early morning starts. The food and associated restaurants are wonderful.The welcome and departing gifts were a pleasant surprise. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. "
