"We have no idea how this hotel is ranked four stars. We were expecting something much nicer and ended up disappointed. Something is off with the rating system. The pool/spa was nice and I’ll give it four stars but the rooms and rest of the hotel deserves three stars."

"I stayed 3 nights with my wife for a vacation in the area. The hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool that was quite crowded at times though we were there in high season. The breakfast is adequate - not quite a full American buffet but definitely more than typical continental breakfast. The hotel also offered a bottle of water each day which was nice.
The hotel and rooms were clean and the rooms were a good size by Euro standards, but the hotel overall was just a bit run down and could use...

"Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay."
