"景観、客室、設備、風呂、朝食には大変満足しました。その割に夕食は、少し残念でした。刺身は新鮮で良いが、ヒレステーキはミディアムなのに硬めで今ひとつ！キンメは好みもあるが味が濃いめでした。夕食だけが、すこし残念！"

"There isn’t much to do nearby, so it’s really a place to relax, enjoy the onsen, eat, sleep, read, and unwind. I highly recommend booking the half-board option since there are very few dining choices outside the hotel. We had a room with a private bath, which was wonderful. "Great place great view great service"

"Nice rooms, great food"

"客室数も限られているため、プライベート感が良かった。 また食事も丁寧に作られていることが伝わってきた。 景色も良く、また違う季節に行ってみたい"

"Nothing short of an exceptional stay. From the staff, check in/out process, breakfast and dinner, hotel onsen - all of it was exceptional. There is a local train station within walking distance, and daily shuttle service into the quaint Ito town. Leaving Komeya rejuvenated and with a lot of gratitude to have experienced the Japanese culture. Thank you to Luna and everyone who did wonderful. A little English but alot of respect. Honto ni Arigato Gozaimasu."

"We expected more…. The place is run down with a strange old smell. Our room was just ok, but the view made up for it. The coin laundry did not work at all and it ate up all our coins. The food was the worst we experience in Japan, which is a terrible thing to say since we have never experienced bad food in Japan. We are very sorry to have to write this review, but we need to be honest since it was not a cheap reservation."
