Very spacious for a room of 2. Nice view from living room and bathroom. Onsan is a big bathroom which i expect it’s a natural hot spring. Buffet is great as breakfast. It will be great if can offer free tableware as there’s a kitchen inside the room . I asked the staff to give me a plate to reheat food but extra charges are required.

Massive room. Incredible balcony seaview. Feels very much like living in a home. Close driving distance to Mount Omuro. The buffet is a bit costly with what it has to offer. It's not close to any convenient store, so better do some groceries first before getting here.

Hotel is hard to find, the roads getting to the hotel is not so great with narrow roads and sharp turns. It was a no dinner night for us because she said the restaurant is fully booked, disappointing. Very quiet everywhere including the onsen. Breakfast is excellent with lots of yummy food choices.

During my first stay on June 7th, I stayed in a fairly large suite with two twin beds, three twin futons, and an ocean-view bathroom. However, the suite looked dated, and I especially noticed that the faucets throughout were stained with bluish rust, which I found unhygienic and unpleasant to look at. During my second stay, from June 16th, I used a smaller suite that was much better and appeared to have been recently renovated. The breakfast buffet had limited variety, with the same items served every day, which became quite monotonous for longer stays. The dinner buffet, on the other hand, was better. However, I also noticed that the amount of fruit served was limited, and the quality of the pineapple was particularly poor. There was also a lack of variety in juices and not many variety of coffee available. Considering that the buffet charges are not cheap, I was not satisfied with the meal offerings. On the positive side, the onsen and sauna facilities were good. However, in the sauna, only towels were laid out, and there were no changeable foam seats provided. For hygiene reasons, it may be advisable to offer such seats. There are also other facilities available, such as a swimming pool and tennis courts. Sometime there were many children, therefore, the dining hall became quite noisy,

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool, and onset were great. We had a junior suite which had 1 room with 2 single beds and an atami room with 3 futons. The room had a a small kitchen but no utensils, plates or cutlery. I imagine we could have asked for them but didn’t need them so didn’t bother. Seemed a little strange that these weren’t here but no big deal. It’s a great spot to explore the Izu peninsula from. We’d definitely stay here again.

Although hotel seems older, room was clean and very spacious. It was somewhat an apartment like. There was kitchen and a dining table but no cooking nor dining utensils and plates/bowls. But it was a nice surprise, as we didn’t expect the room to be that. Location was pretty convenient. Staff were friendly. A bit “odd” that there was a staff watching us at swimming pool. Understand that it was probably a lifeguard situation but seems a bit awkward to be watched all the time while swimming.

Spacious! Food delivery is reasonable, not close to stores nearby. We didn't try the restaurant. Far from bus stops but very serene with a magnificent view of the ocean! Perfect for those interested in Izu Shaboten Zoo.
