"Above and beyond the staff as you walk in the property. Everywhere in the hotel they are so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful ocean view, spacious, clean and modern. The only thing I missed was a good coffe maker in the room other than that it was and excellent place to stay and relax. Breakfast had a very good variety however the coffee very basic so I bought a coffee in the little outside the restaurant shop, it was a good cappuccino 😊 we did lunch of the menu which...

"The area was very safe and quiet. An excellent place to get away from the hustle of a city. Transport to the city is not ideal if you don’t have a car, so keep that in mind if you’d like to tour the area. There is not much near by. The food was excellent but lacked diversity as the menu did not change over the days we were there. "

Cafe offered a high quality food carry out for brunch, as well as options at evening time. Condo offered a beautiful view of the South China Sea. The layout of the condo was impressive . "Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"

"This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at, especially at this price point. The hotel was extremely clean. The view was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities provided everything you needed. What I valued the most were the little details. This resort thought of everything to make a guest's stay more enjoyable. From a bidet with a seat warmer and auto flush, shower room with a water heater temp control, spa toiletries, large bottles of water, ice cream, snacks,...
