"The staff at the blue jay pub were absolutely lovely and so helpful ,all i have to say is probably a member of staff needs to be alocated in the hotel to save keep walking to the pub to get extra milk ,sugar and toilet roll ,oh and the doors from the hotel room doors are the most loud and scary ones being slammed for hours and hours on end and the floor from the room above us we were room 108 is the most loudest floor heard every footstep all around there rokm so came back from weekend stay...

"Our room was situated atbthe back of the hotel near a main road, but worst of all a generator. This was really noisy till late at night and started up again at six o'clock in the morning. Very disturbed sleep. Also, there was a lack of staff and our room wasn't made up. "

"All was good. However please, please sort out your emergency fire drill procedure!! I was not in danger but you really needed to have a dedicated Fire Officer who kept a record of who had evacuated and also kept guests informed of what was happening."
