"Clean and very convienient for terminal 4"

"We had issues checking in initially which were quickly resolved by reception staff. The room, however, was a little tired and some areas were overlooked by housekeeping/maintenance - there were hairs in both the bath and the sink, grouting around the glass shower panel really needed redone, the toilet roll holder was loose, one of the plug socket next to the bed didnt work and we couldn they either of the hdmi ports on the same side to work either. Breakfast though was excellent and couldn't...

"It's a good hotel, rooms after average but very affordable which is great! I had a problem with the shower drain and i had to change rooms (not a disaster), and their air conditioning units are too old (remotes put off battery too). Overall it's a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, good parking lot and very quiet. Breakfast is continental (average) that is worth the price, children eat free!"

"Always had good stay with village before but this time there was problem at check in as I booked through Expedia. Paid through Expedia, and only had to pay for late check out at hotel but they tried to take full stay and the extra payment. They kept saying there was issue as there was insufficient fund in my card but I had already paid for stay. They blamed Expedia for this. Already a bad start to the stay. The rooms itself are good then when it came to the next day, even though we paid for late...

"Dirty glasses and stained towel,beds were horrendous, might as well have slept on the floor. We were also given the wrong information about bus pick up by check in guy so we missed it and had to pay for a cab"

"Very nice hotel, close to railway station so ideal for me and without any noise. Stayed in a suite, very well laid out with plenty of room. My only negative comment would be one of the basins in the bathroom was stained which was a little visually off-putting, but no other concerns. "
