"We were looking for a quiet, comfortable spot for a few days to unwind. The Dales fit the bill perfectly. The location is such that whilst the hotel is in the heart of the countryside, it is also close to many Norfolk attractions and holiday spots. The staff were professional, attentive and personable. For us, there was everything to like about this hotel."

"This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)"

"Incredible hidden gem of a hotel. Modern and unique with a zero staff check-in policy using digital keypads to access the rooms. Having breakfast included at the bakery downstairs was a real treat each morning! Fab location, the pub across the road is super too and hold a must visit quiz night! "

"The hotel is in the beautiful setting and location wise it is great. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean/modern. My main criticism of the hotel is the fact that you have to book a swim session and you only get 30mins per day. That was a real disappointment . Being there with a young family, we would have appreciated the flexibility and freely available use of the pool. One other point to note was that the plugs in the room were not placed thoughtfully. "A beautiful inn! Although the Library room was smaller than expected, it was incredibly cosy and we enjoyed the stay. The restaurant staff are delightful - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had dinner one of the nights we stayed and it was lovely (as were the free breakfasts). Great location - so close to the coast and perfect for a mini getaway. Would definitely recommend!"

"Having booked and had confirmed that we were staying at the Vine, we had actually been booked into the sister hotel The Hoste. After I sent them the email of confirmation we were uickly transferred to The Vine, fortunately there was room available there. Our room was beautiful and the staff very helpful. Also enjoyed dining in the Hoste and breakfast in The.Garden Room. "
