"We upgraded to a superior room. Enjoyed the fridge and contents, coffee machine, robes, slippers etc. The decor was nice however there were stains on the curtains and the bathroom door had a chunk of wood out of it which didn't leave the best impression especially as it was an upgraded room #332. "Check in was smooth and efficient but not very welcoming considering I’d travelled along way and 2nd visit no personal interaction . Check out very different asked if I’d had a nice stay and had everything been good with the room . Makes such a difference . Hotel room very nice with great touches of bath robe and toiletries .
