"Loved this hotel! It's walking distance from Universal Studios and very clean. It also appeared to be newly renovated in some areas. There's a Starbucks and other restaurants onsite. The onsite restaurants were pricier than expected, but the service was excellent! There's also other restaurants in walking distance that have better pricing. There's plenty of parking, but at $33 per day it's seems like a lot. Overall, great experience for me and my family."

"Was a great place for my needs! Cancelled flights due to weather and able to book at a reasonable price. Front desk attendant was great just a bit chatty as the line was long. Overall excellent experience."

"We landed in Orlando in a flight that took longer than we expected and book this hotel room to rest before heading back home. We were very surprised about the comfort and cleanliness of the room. After year of staying in different places this one was very amazing. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay to enjoy the facility because we had to drive home. Next time that we went to Florida we are planning to come back to enjoy this hotel."

"Having good people to represent your brand is crucial to the long term success of a brand and unfortunately you can tell the culture here is off because the hotel staff, from concierge to wait staff are all lacking in proper customer service skills. Other than that, the facility, grounds, and rooms were great. Our kids enjoyed the pools very much!"
