"This hotel was exceptional, we booked a junior suite and got a very lovely upgrade to the Metropolitan suite!!! The room was incredible, it even had a piano!! The air-conditioning was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable and the lounge area was very relaxing. We had complimentary water and a bottle of sparkling wine as part of our stay. The buffet breakfast each morning had a good variety and was good quality. The fab fusion bar was also very good value and a lot of choice. A lovely outdoor patio area in the sunshine for drinks was very relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. We would highly recommend this hotel, it was wonderful. "

"Our stay at this property was just dreamy. We receive free upgrade of our room on arrival due to it being my partner’s birthday. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The staff were always warm and welcoming, happy to help with any enquiries we had. Even helping to accommodate us with an early check in due to our flight times. The hotel its self was stunning, the breakfast options were plentiful. My favourite part of the stay has to be the self serve lavender they put out in the evening, where you’re able to fill a pouch with dried lavender to take to your room. I thought this was a beautiful touch. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!"

"Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the tram. Tram is a 15 minute ride to the center of all the action. The bathroom is as amazing and the bed is so comfy. Great for families and onsite parking. We parked at an adjacent lot to save some money. Mini fridge with coffee, tea and bottled waters."
