We had small problem with our room, but on bringing it to the attention of the hotel, this was dealt with promptly and efficiently in very courteous way. "Great place to stay, food good, comfý bed and the staff are all extremely helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when going to that part of Cornwall. My only negative comment is the indoor pool was cold and it has a outdoor jacuzzi which is cold too, they have just had this refurbished so maybe management will be improving the problem. They provide a shuttle bus to Polzeath and Rock, from Rock you can get the little ferry across to Padstow. The area is quite and relaxing with a few restsurants...
