"No one come to this place is soo bad the rooms were disgusting the staff were very rude and not professional at all the food is terrible as well everything about this hotel is soo bad "

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"お部屋も清潔で水圧も十分でした。朝食付きにしましたが、美味しかったです。 まちがえてツインベッドルーム1人で予約し、あとから1人追加しました。予約時に1人分の朝食を追加したら問題ないですとお返事いただいていましたが、チェックイン時に話が通っておらず再度やりとりし、追加の朝食代を払いました。チェックアウト時にも1人予約か？朝食代は払ったか？と聞かれ、また初めから説明することになり、英語が苦手だったので大変でした。連絡が上手くいかないのだなあ と思います評価を3にしました。"

"I love the fact that it felt like a studio apartment without a stove but it worked for me. Close to everything as I was able to go shopping and sight see without having to spend a lot of money on transportation. The Southgate Underground is literally around the corner and can take you straight to the airport. The staff was absolutely professional and the housekeeping went above and beyond. I stayed three weeks here and loved every bit of it. Will be going back again in July. "

"We had a very good time at Aubrey Park. The room was lovely and warm and was a good size. Each day we were there the bed got made and we had fresh towels. We had a very good breakfast each morning and the choice was excellent. If you want an evening snack there is a very nice bar area. Overall this is a lovely hotel. "
