"Would definitely stay here again. Very clean, elegant, and updated, plus a great location accessible to public transport (right near the Arlington T-stop). The fitness center is a HUGE plus - a full-service, standalone gym next/connected to the hotel that Bostonians actually pay memberships for, but to which hotel guests have free access. I would stay just for that alone. They should really advertise it more on their website for people like me who are specifically looking for as comprehensive of...

"Room was extremely small. Did not appreciate that there were 2 towers, one practical and lower end; the other with larger rooms more amenities and higher end. I did not realize there was a difference in types of rooms until I had reserved the room. However, it was a comfortable room very comfortable bed."

"Valet employees were very kind and helpful. Wasn’t impressed by the lack of microwave in the room. Even less impressed that we were charged $20 to have one sent to our room to use. Even less impressed that it took 30 minutes to get there without the cutlery we had asked to be included with it. Overall, decent stay. Would love if parking was included in the room fee."

"The Copley Hotel was an excellent location in Back Bay. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful (somewhat). I wish that they would have greeted customers when they came in and left the hotel. Everything around the hotel is so convenient!"

"The hotel and the staff at the pool and front desk were awesome! No complaints about the hotel at all. I did get a $100 ticket for my meter running out & resident parking so I should have just paid the $65 hotel parking instead. Just came for the weekend for the roof top pool with kids even though we are local we wanted to stay in the city and hang out. I wish the roof top pool staff would have told us about having a kids menu even though it wasn’t offered at all on any menu could of saved...

"The hotel is right on the center of Boston and vey convenient to walk to all the Touristic points. Very Safe at night specifically and close to restaurants. The Hotel also has a restaurant and Starbucks inside. The bedroom is a little outdated, but good enough. The inside restaurant is convenient, but pricy. "
