"We stayed at JetPark Hotel Hamilton Airport for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations.
1. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with visible hair across the floor.
2. The basin was also unclean, and we ended up having to clean it ourselves.
3. The basin leaked onto the floor whenever it was used.
4. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and shifted when sitting down, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, the toilet roll provided...
"Have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past with no issues .
Unfortunately this stay didn’t meet expectations.
The tv didn’t work,
1 pillow provided with no extras available in room
The bed was strangely super low to the ground
The peep hole in back of door was stuffed with toilet paper.
Not saying we wouldn’t stay here again but the hotel needs to put some effort to making it a descent place to stay."
"Our stay at the Camelot was lovely and the staff we dealt with before and when we arrived were excellent. The entire room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good. Loved the fact that the room we stayed in was very quiet. I would highly recommend this motel to family and friends."
"My family and friends really had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Park. In fact, this was the best accommodation we have stayed so far! The cottage was very tidy and spacious with complete kitchen appliance and cutlery. Andrew was also very nice and accommodating. We even had a quick tour at the farm, picked some fruits, and the kids also enjoyed the animals. Unfortunately, we were not able to take a dip at the pool since the water was freezing cold. Nevertheless, we still had an awesome time!...
"The room was beautiful and large. Breakfast was a full breakfast with a huge selection of items. Area grounds were beautiful and the owners were very responsive. Nice location, quiet, easy to get to but not far from town. We visited during spring and the flowers were all in bloom. They had a pool but was too cold time of year."
"The room was very neglected & needs completely refurbishing. The springs could be felt through the sheets on the double bed mattress. The fridge freezer was noisy & in the bedroom area.
All the paintwork was chipped & worn & the bathroom vanity stained & old. Flooring in the bathroom was marked, dirty & lifting in places.
I've stayed in many places & thought this was very overpriced for the conditions.
It looks like the room has never been redecorated since the motel was built. "
