"The view from the room was spectacular. Walked along the shore right from our room. Room was clean had many useful amenities. The “heated pool” was ice cold. The jacuzzi as barely warm enough to get in. The staff at the check in desk were fantastic. The staff in the dining room were very condescending."
"Great experience. Property is older than I expected but clean and we'll maintained. Staff helpful and courteous. No elevator so plan on hooking your bags up a flight of stairs if u are on 2nd level. Recommended."
"I had a really enjoyable stay at Baycrest Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, which I really appreciated, and everything was comfortable and well looked after. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in the area."
"The lady staff was lovely, beautiful spot. Beautiful spa and pool even in cold windy weather i was in there. Room had cooking facilities and very clean. Enjoyed my stay. The offsite gym you have access too Empower fitness is good too."
"I'm hesitant to share this gem but they deserve it! Amazing views, super tranquil, tidy accomm with a natural design to suite the surrounding native vegitation and super helpful hosts."
"The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room tidy. The location was great, right in Turangi township and close to a lot of great activities."
"Very responsive via phone contact. The phone number provided to me was incorrect and connected yo a different motel in Taupo which was weird. The lock box was very sticky and difficult to open, Ax was the entry door. Which needs a fix. The cooking equipment was very limited and could do with a smaller saucepan in the studio unit as the current size is enormous for cooking a 1-2 person meal. These were setbacks but notxa deterrent and I would stay again. Maybe better bathroom extras would be...
"Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit alles Annehmlichkeiten die man für den Alltag braucht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich "
