"Nice enough room, though you could hear noise through the walls at times.. Unit was slightly tired around the edges, with the odd edge showing bare mdf where paint had rubbed off Enjoyed the spa bath, and the good sized bed"

"Everything was immaculate, the staff were LOVELY, we needed to arrive late, the key was left where it was easily accessible, the light was on in our room, the two pools are stunning! We are hot pool people. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the way down to Wellington, loved it so much we stayed on the way back up to Auckland. There are a LOT of choices in Taupo and this would be our pick, everytime."

"Presented well overall, however, the hairdryer is very dated and overheated after a few minutes of use and the extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom was extremely loud. The amenities were nice, the spa bath was lovely and the washer and dryer combo was handy but a separate washer dryer would have been better."
