"We arrived at the hotel. They gave us a lower classroom because the hotel was full. I explained that we had booked a business room and that we expect to get this room for the night. The front desk agent said that it wasn’t possible. She called the manager after I had informed them that we would leave the hotel. And then the room was available. The furniture is dated in the coffee machine leaked."
"Desk staff were friendly but could not help with things to do such as tours, they had no information. Wait staff not so helpful Breakfast was good but expensive. Overall O. K. Unfortunately the construction outside was not their problem"
