The breakfast was ample, with a good variety of fresh food and drinks. There is a bit of a walk from reception to the room but not excessive and does involve a couple of flights of stairs. Breakfast is on the 8th floor which you can get to by lift. From here you have lovely views over the city.

My only criticism, and I’m being pedantic, is that it’s not obvious where to pay for items in reception fridges, I queued at bar only to be told I had to wait behind 5 people at reception waiting to checkout (I was joined by 6 others waiting to pay for same items at bar)

First, the in-room mini-fridge was broken—the front desk failed to mention at check-in. If we were notified, we wouldn't buy groceries. Because the hotel was under construction, they had to take our groceries to a sister property three blocks away to keep them cold. When we were ready to pick up our groceries the next day, we were told we had to walk over and retrieve them ourselves, which we were not aware..

"Quick overnight before an early flight out of BSL. Front desk was friendly and helped schedule our ride for the morning. Free airport shuttle was on time and honestly a blessing. Room was small but served its purpose and was comfortable."
