"I am accustomed to having an iron and ironing board in my room. I had a short turn around between checking in and going to my function and had to wait a little while for housekeeping to bring the iron and ironing board. Also, I had requested an early check and never received a reply one way or the other. "When I was going back to my room one day, there were 2 guys who got in the building and where going door to door looking for someone, and eventually 6 cops ended up coming to get them, doesn’t seem too safe if you ask me"

"On first arriving in our room, we immediately saw soda sprayed all over the wall behind the bed. We had to have someone come in and clean it as soon as we arrived. Our water closet (toilet room) reeked of urine. You could see streaks across the back of the toilet and walls. I mentioned it to the front desk and asked that it be cleaned very well but it was not cleaned well enough. The urine stench was present the entire stay. The floors in our room were also dirty. "It’s okay. But needs attention. Hallways dimly lit and hot. Our room temperature never fell below 24 with AC on high and lowest setting. Air was stale. Rooms are comfortable but need a refresh. Our room keys needed to be reloaded 12 times. No working ice machine. It is a short walk to the Metro and about 30-50 mins to get to different areas of the city. Staff were limited by the poor bar hours and limited resources to address the room temperature. Breakfast was nice."
