"The pictures on the website were misleading, you don’t get loungers on the terrace, unless you book a duplex. There was only table with chairs, luckily we didn’t really need it for the stay. "This is a noisy area, including aqua aerobics around the pool every day and music in the front and back of the hotel. So if you want to be in that sort of area, it's great. Room was soundproof but there was no air conditioning. We were led to believe access to the spa was included but it was an extra 17 euros per entry. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great and generally we had a good time. "

"Barceló team members were outstanding and provided great service. Breakfast and dinner buffets consistently showed a very good quality.
