"Buen y comodo hotel"

"Our room was spacious and quiet, but with a non-functional bathroom fan causing mould, an uncomfortable/noisy bed, an old hairdryer and weed smoke drifting onto the balcony. The dining experience was by far the worst part: understaffed, filthy tables/cutlery/ plates/ glasses, broken coffee machines and mediocre food that doesn't measure up to standard 4 star quality. Note that Half-Board charges extra even for basic filtered water. Location felt unsafe for family walks at night. The...

"The hotel has a fantastic location, definitely 5 out of 5! It is one of the best things about the hotel. The room we stayed in was OK overall, although unfortunately, it was quite noisy during the night. Around 3 am, there seemed to be food deliveries taking place, which disturbed our sleep. The food was good, with a nice variety of choices. However, one downside was the coffee at breakfast, which tasted very low quality and could definitely be improved. Regarding the staff, I have to say that...

"Really good central hotel. Staff helpful & welcoming. Bedding, towels etc lovely and soft, bed also very comfortable. Food choice is good, I am GF which was also always accommodated. Hotel is not overly plush but location is a winner."

"Whenever I visit Tenerife, I stay in either the AC or the NH across the street. The locations is fantastic with immediate access to cabs and transportation, and withing walking distance of plenty of amenities. You get exactly what you need: a quiet, clean, comfy, and secure location to spend your time in Santa Cruz."

"Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! Very friendly, helpful and we felt looked after"

"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"

"The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. The staff, especially Julia, were super helpful; she gave us some spot-on recommendations for things to do nearby. They even booked my taxi to the airport and made sure it actually showed up. The room was really spacious and clean, and the AC was nice and cold. I didn't have breakfast, though."

"Such a great place to stay the local restaurants are a must casa mia & Trigo also Bahia beach stunning. The facilities are great and would definitely book again lovely staff who booked taxis instantly. All within reach of los cristianos, playa las americas and Adeje 15 mins. It’s a taxi to them area but not far at all"

"Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints. Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as...

"Half board was good for a few nights at the restaurant. Rooms were spacious and clean with a good kitchen diner"

"Excellent hotel"

"Staff are very friendly check-in process was simple room was clean and exactly as described air conditioning worked perfectly. View was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Enjoyed having a mimosa every morning. Love the rooftop Jacuzzi’s - having cocktails and watching the sunset. It was beautiful. I let them know. It was my 50th birthday and they even left me a lovely bottle of wine in my room on the special day to celebrate complementary. Special treat 100% recommend."
