"We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too. Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures. Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants. Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!"

"Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30, je ne m’attendais pas à ce qu’il y ait de l’attente pour le Check in, c’était assez long. Sinon la chambre était très propre, bien entretenue, le seul bémol pour un établissement de ce standing la, c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de peignoir. La porte de la salle de bain était horriblement lourde, on s’est fait les muscles pendant le week-end lol. Le restaurant et le bar de l’hôtel étaient vraiment très bien. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester le bar...

"Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable...

"Cleanlyness of our room was Very Satisfied towels replaced daily and Bedding freshly changed and made up. Staff: Checking in/Room Cleaning Staff were friendly and professional, My Brother and I were very disappointed on waking up to go downstairs for Breakfast serving cold already prepared: Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Potatoes, and Coffee Machine down to make a cup of Capachino, Cafe Latte ect.ect., on the other hand freshly prepared Omelets/Sunnyside Eggs were the only Hot options on your plate....

"The property grounds is dirty. Garbage is all over the front of the hotel. The phone in the room is not working. Was brought to the attention of the front desk but never been address. Requested for the room to be cleaned early in the morning. Put the sign at the door and also informed the receptionist and came back at 245pm but still not clean. Saw the cleaning gentleman on the floor of our room and told him. Went out to grab something to eat and came back after 2 hrs and still not cleaned. ...
