"Shuttle from train station was very helpful. The concierge Luis was very helpful in explaining things to do and booking tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast, staff very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Zermatt in the future."
"Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning. The shower in our room was also kind of gross, with some unidentifiable black sludge in the seams. The view from our room was brilliant though!"
"absolutely gorgeous and friendly. The details and decor are beautiful! Wood carved ceilings and walls The spa made our trip after a full day of hiking . The best hotel we've ever stayed in. Wonderful breakfast as well."
"We had a brilliant stay for our honeymoon and the staff helped us make it extra special. Our room was excellent and we loved seeing the views of the mountains. Great breakfast buffet and very relaxing spa. Highly recommend."
