"We were a bit worried about hotel given location but it was ideal Staff are fantastic, rooms were great and cleaning staff were beyond amazing. Lounge attendant was incredible and the 2nd floor restaurant was great value for money and staff were superb. Food was world class. The only downside would be the restaurant upstairs - sushi sticks (sp?) which was woeful on service and food. 100% skip / they were short staff so probably not hotels fault It’s such a big property but would be good...

"Breakfast was the best part of the stay No AC in the room or able to turn on a fan so it gets very hot and stuffy when it’s warm outside. Elevators are very slow and old."

"The Square is in the heart of the Copenhagen. Metro is right there to use to go to airport. I just wish the room was a tad bigger but it’s ok. Recommend to anyone."

"Appena entro in camera mi accorgo di un dito di polvere su llo sgabello. protesto alla reception, ma Brian il manager si indispettisce ed assume atteggiamento scontroso e maleducato. poi arriva direttrice (suppongo), e cn decisione superiore, -una buona donna e ragionevole- mi assegna altra camera, innalzando il livello. ma qui di nuovo: scarsa pulizia, lavandino nn assorbe lacqua reflua, che arrivando al bordo aggetta sul pianale e dunque a terra. colazione cn buffet medio-basso. deludente."
