"It was a lovely older building that was well maintained and had the best outdoor dining water-view. The dining/bar had great ambiance and the food was unique and delicious. They also had a free pickleball court usage near their property. The staff were happy and helpful. The only problem was a bit dampness feel to the room rug."
"The hotelier at reception placed us in a really stunning 2 bedroom apartment. It was up on the top floor, completely exposed to the sparkling waters of the beach directly across the road. The front of the apartment had large bi-fold doors which opened completely out to the roomy sunny balcony. We could see the Waitangi grounds while sitting relaxing with a glass of bubbly. One bedroom unit waa very spacious and is equipped with everything you need including kitchenette if you want to cook.
Parking no problem as all units have an allocated spot.

"A great apartment overlooking the water and sunset and very handy to have a washing machine/dryer even though it took hours to complete a cycle. We enjoyed cooking. We loved exploring Russell and surroundings so worth taking the car ferry from Opua (3km away) We were disappointed to discover the winery on way to Russell was closed even though advice was it was open on Wednesdays.
Keri Keri is also worth a visit and a short drive north. Piahia though was the perfect place to stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Blue Pacific Apartments in Paihia and would happily stay here again. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and very well equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare our own meals.
