"I booked through Expedia and didn't realise that even though it says the hotel has air con. That is only if you book a room with air con. Standard rooms don't have it. Our first roo. Had a meagre fan and smelt bad. However the staff were great and moved us to a room with air con and we were lucky as it was the last one! But the bathroom was not clean. Had to get people to come and clean the bath which had scummy around it at the bottom and the room door was broken and the top. I only booked...

"Perfectly placed for all amenities. Beautiful building full of character. Lovely room and large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Would definitely stay there again"

"Stopped here for a few nights as we had a wedding to attend. All was good though I am a light sleeper and did have trouble due to a low pitched hum that persisted through the night. As we weren't staying long we didn't ask to move to a quieter room. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest you make it clear when you book that you need somewhere quiet. The food was good and reasonably priced and the bar prices were not as steep as some we have encountered in other hotels."

"The property if fabulous! The grounds and gardens are beautiful! Our apartment was nice, however the bedrooms upstairs were warm as it was unseasonally warm weather.There were fans in both bedrooms which helped a lot. We also had breakfast there and it was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay again."

"We had a lovely stay, the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we needed an early check in, wasn’t a problem, bonus having parking on site and plenty of it. A lovely warm complimentary cookie on arrival to. The room war very spacious very clean, lovely bathroom with a bath. Toiletries lovely too comfy bed. We will definitely stay again when visiting Stratford as a perfect position."
