"Great location if you want to be near the train station. Staff was friendly. We stayed in tower annex, was safe and easy access. Room was very clean but tight. Bathroom was very small and tight. Street noise from local restaurants and cafes was loud at night. Overall our stay was very good. I would recommend the hotel"

"Great location just a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and shopping. Quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast options are generous. Gym has minimal equipment and didn’t have any towels or water. Rooms could use some updating but they are spacious with comfy bed and quiet. "

"We had a great stay and the breakfast was amazing. This hotel has a parking garage which is very convenient if you rent a car for your trip. Lots of restaurants just outside the hotel and a mini market (Carrefour Express) We had a connecting room for our kids which was very comfortable "

"Hotel was stunning from outside, nice facilities near by, train station at door step and metro just 10 minute walk away. Rooms were very spacious however one bathroom was missing a lock and the handle broke off on second day which doesn’t reflect the cost of room very well. Big variation for breakfast buffet, great check in and check out times compared to other places. Staff were very friendly too."
