ALL the staff were helpful polite and couldn’t do enough for you there was not one single person who I thought could have been better. I’d say outstanding customer care. "

As was the indoor swimming pool. Some broken tiles in my bathroom was the only negative. Breakfast was nicely cooked with plenty of choice. Easy access to Fistral beach and Newquay."

"From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been anymore helpful. We were greeted by two warm, friendly, smiley and wonderful reception staff. Rooms were extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was delicious, from the huge variety on the continental to the super tasty cooked option. We had two wonderful servers at breakfast who set up a table for us to accommodate our puppy who joined us on our trip. He was evev given a cheeky sausage at breakfast. Fantastic service, by all. Thank you"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel, could not fault it. We used the pool and spa facilities on both days of our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be returning for another relaxing stay with you. 5* * 2 very small points - 1. the windows need a clean in the pool to see the most amazing view 2. A mattress topper on the two single beds (pushed together) to cover the join. "
