"Clean rooms, helpful staff, breakfast was good and catered to both Japanese and western cuisine. Convenience stores and restaurants on lower levels. This hotel is more for Japanese business, so the rooms are considered small for western people, but still spacious enough."

"When we got to the hotel the check in was pure chaos. There were not enough rooms for many they booked and must of been around 100 people waiting in the lobby. When we got our room it was so small we couldn’t barely open our suitcase inside of it. The staff was nice but definitely over worked so you could feel the stress when you needed help. The room was clean overall but the room was very old and outdated and you needed to use the big light to turn on all the small lights which I found...

"This was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The location is tremendously convenient - right on top of the train station! The restaurants and shops (and spa!) in the lower levels are fantastic as well. As an architect, I absolutely love the design of the building and the interior design of the room and lobby. The amenities are great, including the shower room. I definitely plan on coming back to this hotel when I return to Tokyo!"
