"Overall the property was good. One day they forgot to clean our room which was a bit inconvenient. Staff usually very friendly but I did have one person at the front desk that didn’t want to assist too much. The rest were great. A bit of a walk to the bus stop and Uber seemed to take a long time to get there all the time. Room was comfortable and clean"

He went out of his way to make sure that l was comfortable and catered for on a highest level.
