"No one's fault, booked a suite. Luck of the draw I imagine when assignment of rooms. We received suite second floor on end by loading dock (receiving started at 0500) garbage trucks soon after. Floor below had machinery running all night. A room looked good it's just too bad a video with sound could be previewed prior to booking. Nothing worse than constant annoying sound"

"Great Location, Wonderful Staff, but Seriously Neglected I really wanted to love this hotel. I traveled with a group and saw several other rooms. Mine was by far the worst. My advertised downtown view? A wall. Literally. The room smelled musty and showed significant deferred maintenance. Of three windows, only one opened, and it wouldn't close. "Beautiful hotel and spa. Stayed for an anniversary trip. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a ton of charm. Excellent location to explore and walk around the plaza. The pool and spa were very relaxing."

However, the...

"Beautiful property centrally located to the square."

"Beautiful hotel but under construction so we checked in and our room was 10 steps from that front desk in another building. We couldn't do happy hour, see the spa or gym or if there were any restaurants. Our room was nice but driving behind the building to park was something too. We will give it another shot once construction is done."
