"Stayed 24/04 to 01/05 2026 I think this is a great hotel right in the heart of Sorrento, so location is perfect. There is a short walk to the restaurants and shops, and the zig zag walkway to the beach. On the approach the gardens are lovely and smelt like a florist at the end of April. "The hotel and grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are well-appointed. The restaurants and bars on site make for a comfortable, convenient experience. The only drawback is the distance to the Sorrento city center, requiring a taxi back and forth. "

"Our stay at the Grand Hotel Europa Palace in Sorrento was fantastic. The location is ideal—just steps from the center of town and about a five-minute walk to the train and bus station. "This hotel is located not just near the station, but actually inside the station building. There's a direct train service from the central station, which was very convenient. The room was cleaned daily, and the bathroom was kept spotless. The only minor issue was that the safety deposit box was broken and unusable throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly."

"First impression on arrival was "disappointing". The exterior of the hotel is dull and scruffy, not what was expected. There's a reason they don't show the exterior on their website. Single rooms are basic but clean. Bathroom very good. Limited options for dinner in the hotel but quality very good. Staff helpful and overall impression improved a lot after a 4 night stay. "
