"Amazing hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were always friendly and helpful and breakfast was a great buffet choice. We didn’t have time to use the gym or pool however we really appreciated the inclusive access as well as the option to use the spa and golf courses."

"We have stayed at the Copthorne hotel before, whilst visiting family in Plymouth. However, unlike previous visits, there seemed to be a general lack of interest in the customer. This was most apparent at breakfast service where, on more than one occasion, food items had run out and staff had to be asked more than once to replace them.
The hotel has no air conditioning and ,therefore, it is important not to take a room on the fourth floor - the hottest as we were told by a member of reception...

We were given one of the cottages which was beautifully appointed and had everything we could need. The swimming and spa facilities were amazing! "The room we stayed in was rm 5 The Edge, we had full view of the beach and Ocean. The town was within walking distance easy to get around. The hotel and staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again."

There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this.
