"At check-in we got the wrong room and had to go down to reception to have this resolved. Got given a room without a balcony.
Day two the room was not serviced and when I asked about it they wanted to know what I expected when the information I received from reception at check in state daily service.
I asked for toilet paper the morning of check out after the room did not get serviced and are still waiting. Your conclusion."

"The cottage was extremely clean and tidy, and very well appointed. Little things, like extra tea towels and toilet paper in the drawers, really made it feel like a home away from home. There was a small amount of road noise during the day, but the landscaping made any traffic invisible. It was so nice to sit in the sun, surrounded by garden. An oasis in our busy week! "
