I found the pillows a bit soft so I asked for a hard one (they put a card in the room advising you can do this!) and it was perfect. The staff were really polite and helpful. We were greeted with a warm smile, a highly competent and very professional gentleman. The hotel was clean, our room very quaint and cozy. The bathroom was very modern and luxurious. We had a great stay. We had a small dog and she was also very happy. Highly recommend....very accommodating staff. Sebastian brought us an ironing board and iron instantly after requesting. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Thank you for an excellent weekend stay!!"
