"Stayed twice recently overnight and each time have had a lovely room but the hotel does get busy with coach parties and I had to wait longer than I would normally eat dinner. But would stay again."

"We usually stay the night before our travels from Norwich airport. The hotel is walking distance from the airport . This time we did have an issue with our room. However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing time before travelling the next day."

"Great location and the apartment is lovely. It has everything you need for the kitchen such as utensils and pots and pans and a fridge. It also has a washing machine! The people that work there are really friendly and hospitable. Will book again."

"Although we paid to upgrade our room, it was a large room but, it only had one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. Also, the toilet did not flush properly, the security chain on the door was broken and the bolt would not lock the door, lucky you need a key card to enter. The staff were, however excellent, I hope they sorted out terppm issues after we left."

"We had a lovely time staying at the property although there were some minor things that could be improved on. A fridge in the room, more than one window opening as we prefer fresh air to air con. The glassware in the bar and restaurant was often cloudy as though the dishwasher needs cleaning/more salt. Disappointing that we had to pay £10 each for the pool.. it would have been better if there was somewhere to enjoy outside space by the pool, we’d have stayed longer, otherwise not really gvfm....

"Stayed here for 4 nights. The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. All equipments you need are in place and provided. We liked the fact that the place is quiet and very private. Lots of walk routes to the beach, to the cliff, to the lighthouse. We indeed had a lovely time staying here. "

"Our stay was very good. Food and staff were lovely. and very helpful despite being short staffed. No hot water in bathroom basin during our stay. Last day no water for coffee at breakfast. Decided to use coffee machine in our room but it did not work! Apart from those issues we enjoyed our stay and thought the refurb was an improvement"

"Parking and electric charging was a bonus. Just 2 mins walk to the beach. Breakfast was very good quality and plenty of options. "

"Very well placed for town centre and amenities, parking good and off road. Room very nice and clean, bath shower needs a non slip mat. Staff super helpful and friendly, breakfast very good. "

"The hotel looks onto a large lake with fantastic views. No traffic noise, plenty of parking. Great bar and restaurant. Rooms are well decorated and cozy with lake views. "
