"Our fridge was broken, room service didn’t show up on our first day, and the spa and salon were completely unbookable or full up for the entirety of our stay."
"I stayed with my daughter for a girls -spa time together. An amazing hotel with a great Spa, we had fantastic food on Saturday night & also a wonderful breakfast before having treatments at the Spa. Room was very clean, comfortable and all staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. We will be back."
"Clean and inexpensive place to stay. Room was pleasant and warm - it was wet and windy when we visited so we were grateful for somewhere to dry out! The hotel is well served by the Loop bus making travel between Margate, Ramsgate, and Broadstairs quick and easy. It’s also across from Westcross Shopping centre, which was handy when we needed to buy a raincoat and extra layers. We didn’t have breakfast, preferring instead to travel to nearby cafes. All in all, very good."
"Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat."
"Let me say the breakfast offered by this hotel is substantially far better than any. I have experienced in another hotel anywhere so far. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. It is uncanny. It was exactly the location we wanted right by the beach. If we were going back to Margate, we would definitely come back."
"We had a wonderful stay. The Millers Arms made our Canterbury experience even better. The room was clean and had all the amenities you could need. The people managing the property were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was amazing! But best of all was the location and the view of Solly’s Orchard from the room. Everything was barely a 5 minute walk from this place.
Highly recommended if you want a great stay away from the busy market area."
"Great stay - convenient location just a short walk from the high st and attached to a fabulous restaurant. We stayed on the top floor - great room but a bit tricky for anyone who is less mobile or quite tall. Really great friendly service from the staff from start to finish."
