"Stayed here on many occasions. The rooms are a great size and good bathrooms. Staff as always, courteous, helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately there are a couple of new policies I am not totally enamoured with - it is hardly room service if you have to go down to order and pay for it - I understand their rationale behind this new policy (no room credit), but it's not what you expect from a 4* hotel. "This was our second visit to Fistral hotel and it was just as good this time as we remembered the first time. The food is always so good, the breakfast totally worth the price, the hotel itself is lovely, has a chilled vibe and perfect views of the beach. But most of all the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly & seem so happy to be there. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in by far! Can’t wait to go back again !!!"

Our Oriental themed room, which included a Super King sized bed, was immaculate; so clean,comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our delightful Hostess, June, was charming and attentive throughout and at pains to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and memorable.
