"We arrived at the hotel at noon and was told our room wasn’t ready until 3.00pm I was not offered an early check in or a room upgrade as stated in my VIP status We left our luggage and returned at 6pm and our room was ready The hotel is amazing Clean and stylish My only negative comment is that the toilets are on the first floor and we’re in need of cleaning We also used both the Cardinal and the roof top bar during our stay "

"This property was originally meant to be a premier Inn until it got brought by Maldron , a lot of furniture and the bathroom exactly the same as premier inn. A bit frustrating considering the price of the room per night! Bed was comfy and hotel close to Finsbury park station. Hardly any interaction with staff, when checking out. "
